TOS
- By Purchasing my avatars, you are agreeing to my TOS.
- I must be credited with my name/shop name for use of avatars while streaming or in videos, even if the avatar is modified.
- Do NOT take assets from my avatars to use on your own avatars. - Edited or not, you MUST purchase the assets yourself.
- DO NOT re-use my head/body edits.
- DO NOT make my avatars public in ANY circumstance.
- You may edit or modify the avatar in any way, but DO NOT remove any credits to me.
- DO NOT claim my avatars as your own creations.
- Redistribution of my avatars IS NOT ALLOWED in any way. This includes, even if edited, reselling, gifting files to friends, trading or leaking.
- If you are purchasing an avatar of mine for a friend, please use the gifting option and include their information at checkout.
- Checking out with incorrect information will result in revoked access. If you made a mistake or have updated/changed your information, please make a ticket in my discord server.
- Must be 18+ to purchase my avatars.
- I DO NOT accept price splitting.
- NO REFUNDS*Failure to abide by my TOS will result in a blacklist and permanent ban from purchasing from my shop.
Commissions
Unity
Are you an avatar creator and tired of doing repetitive unity work? You can hire me to do it for you!
For toggles, I charge $1 per toggle for the first 10 toggles. any toggle after that is .50¢
So, if your avatar has 40 toggles that would cost $25.
For material swaps, I charge 25¢ per texture swap.
So, if one asset has 4 texture options, that would be $1 for that asset's radial puppet.
Extra things like gogo loco, SPS, Audio Link, Phys bone set ups, and simple systems are free of charge.
If you want contact receivers, it is the same rate as toggles. $1 per contact set up including toggles for said contact.

Kitbash
Kitbashed Custom Avatars vary in pricing depending on complexity and assets used.
Base pricing is $30 USD but can and will change depending on what has been listed above.
For some assets, they require that both parties own them to be used on a commission, If this is the case, you will be required to purchase the asset for both of us.if you want an asset used on the avatar that I do not own, you will be required to purchase said asset for me.
